Delivery

We offer same or next-day weekday dispatch. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday may not be dispatched until Monday. The exception is for custom orders, but anything beyond our standard dispatch time is communicated before and at checkout.

We offer free UK shipping on orders over £50 via Royal Mail 2nd Class service or Evri, which offers 48 hour delivery in the UK, and within 3 working days is the average. Delivery time depends on Royal Mail. Upgrade is available at checkout if you prefer the Express 1st Class service. Sometimes we may offer an alternative service such as Hermes, but this will not affect your shipping price or timeframe for delivery.

We ship internationally.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Postage is charged based on a standard parcel, but if shipping costs more than what we have charged you, we will absorb the excess and never ask you to pay more. You would be responsible for any import duties necessary once it reaches your country.

Items are shipped from the United Kingdom.

International customers are responsible for any local import charges/taxes specific to their delivery address which may be due at point of delivery.

Just perfect and exactly what I wanted for my grandchildren. They adore it and wanted to use it immediately

Excellent product - poor packaging

Product absolutely as cute as it looked - the lamb - and delivery was extremely fast. I would have given 5 stars, but I was very disappointed that an eco friendly organic product was packaged with those horrible polystyrene 'wotsits'! Surely you could have used wool (help the farmers), straw or paper? All of which I have seen other eco products packaged in.

Completely agree that packaging should always be in line with our eco-standards, which is why we managed to source starch packing peanuts which, (while they may not look it!), are biodegradable and manufactured in the UK.

I should really make this clear with our deliveries to avoid future disappointment and will find a way to communicate this with every package moving forward.
